d3 Instant Ice Pack is a fast and affordable way to reduce swelling and relieve pain. No pre-cooling is required before use. Simply crush the contents of the pack with your fingers, shake it, and apply it to the affected area. (The pack is ready to use once the contents become liquid — that’s when the cooling effect begins.)

Depending on the ambient temperature, it retains its cooling effect for 20–25 minutes. A single use should not exceed 20 minutes. There should be a minimum interval of 1 hour between applications.

We recommend keeping this ice pack readily available during sports activities with a higher risk of impacts or injuries — such as combat sports, football, or handball, whether during matches or training.
